A new report from Yahoo — “The State of Native” — is giving marketers and advertisers a fresh look at the market and the opportunities native offers.
After analyzing stats from more than 74.5 billion native ad impressions across its network of more than 3,400 publisher properties, it was clear to Yahoo data-crunchers that mobile usage has reached critical mass — and that marketers and publishers are searching for new ways to get a larger slice of the mobile pie.
One way to grab a bigger slice of pie? Native advertising, which generates up to 3 times more attention than display ads, a report summary from Adotas explains.
“(It is) a win for both publishers looking to monetize their properties, and advertisers looking to maximize engagement and reach,” notes Yahoo.
