The new faces at ViralGains include Julie Ginches—a nationally-renown technology marketing executive—who will serve as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Glenn Kiladis, a highly experienced executive in mobile, digital, and new media, now leads as Vice President of Product Management and Strategy.

The goal behind the new hires? To meet the robust demand for the company’s unique video advertising engagement solutions in what has become a $22 billion video ad market.
