Fresh from the folks at Fiksu is a powerfully enlightening new infographic meant to demonstrate the significantly lower costs when comparing mobile ad buys to television.
In particular, Fiksu explains, when looking at programmatic real-time bidding (RTB) on mobile, the cost differences are dramatic.
For example, the marketing tech firm illustrates, advertising on TV during the Superbowl would reach 110 million viewers, at a cost of $4.5 million dollars. Advertisers could reach that same size audience in an average week via RTB, at a cost of only $230,000, or just 5% the cost of the 30-second Superbowl spot.
