Facebook Is Going 360 Immersive Videos Hit FacebookJornaya, a consumer journey insights platform, has debuted an innovative TCPA Guardian solution designed for Facebook lead ads.

“Advertisers who call or text prospects generated via Facebook lead ads can utilize Jornaya’s uniquely powerful tool to support compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA),” reads a statement provided to MAW.

Facebook lead ads give advertisers a better, more effective way to reach mobile customers; in fact, Facebook pre-populates a lead form with user contact information and can be completed with two clicks. But businesses need to stay on the right side of the TCPA, which prohibits companies from texting or auto-dialing mobile phones without the prior express written consent of the consumer. Violations are fined at $1,500 per call.
