Teads just won the rights to the title of ‘Best Video Advertising Platform.’ The venue was the recent (and always prestigious) Digiday Awards event, where Teads bested worthy competitors including YouTube, Unruly, and TubeMogul.
The Digiday Awards event, held in London, was created to recognize the publishers, advertisers, and technology platforms bringing about change and innovation in the European market.
“The award recognized the leading video platform and ad serving solution that substantially boosts revenue for publishers,” said the company in a news release. “Our innovative outstream video solutions have been providing monetization solutions to publishers worldwide for the past few years and we are delighted to be recognized with this accolade.”
Teads has worked to improve experiences for publishers and users alike. Among its accomplishments have been formats tailored for mobile – like inRead vertical – which fit the natural environment of the phone.
“And we continue to help publishers monetize their content, through both managed service and programmatic,” reports Teads. “From Q1 to Q3 we have seen programmatic revenue boom by 200 percent, proving that premium, outstream video is possible to scale on programmatic.”
