App Annie’s big deal industry event — called “Capptivate” — is coming soon and the news is that highly placed execs and marketers from major companies — including Google, Coca-Cola, Amazon, Snap, Twitter, and others — will be making a beeline to the event.

A mobile app data and insights company, App Annie hosts Capptivate. The confab will address the fast growing app market with keynotes and sessions on topics like how apps are drastically transforming consumer behavior and businesses, best practices for growing a mobile business, and App Annie’s own vision for the year ahead.

Capptivate is set for June 4-5 at Pier 27 in San Francisco. Mobile industry leaders and companies view the event as the place to learn best practices and get information helpful to successful strategy-building.

A popular headliner will undoubtedly be Nate Silver, the Editor-in-Chief of FiveThirtyEight and author of the bestseller “The Signal and the Noise: Why So Many Predictions Fail – But Some Don’t.” A well known pollster and commentator, Silver’s prognostications were a major story in the 2016 election.
